Specialty Cards Saturday #19

Today's challenge is continuation of Thursday's technique challenge but using the diecuts as the card base instead of on the card.

Kathy has created for you two cards:

Here is the same card, one in brown and one "whitewashed".
I didn't have a  large enough die cut, so I used doilies and
 backed them with paper to match my flower embellishment.   ~ Kathy

There are lots of videos on YouTube on how to create cards like this but we liked these two.
