Sundays are when we sparkle and shine and Sue sure does shine with her beautiful card.
I
looked around my craft room for something shiny or sparkly to inspire me. I
found some shine, embossed paper and thought that this was perfect for the
card. I cut a piece to size. I tied some black grosgrain around the panel.
Sorry, can’t remember which stamp set the sentiment is from. Punched it out
with Stampin’ Up’s oval punch and the mat was punched with Stampin’ Up’s
scalloped oval punch. - Sue
